Who is responsible

What is collected

• Visits: Render, which hosts the site, processes technical data such as your IP address and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure (legitimate interest). It keeps its logs under its own retention policy.
• Email: messages to info@fincktech.com are forwarded by Squarespace to Gmail. I use them only to reply and handle your enquiry (legitimate interest, or steps before a contract), and delete them within 12 months after the enquiry closes unless a contract or legal duty requires longer.

The site sets no cookies and has no analytics, tracking or third-party content. Your theme choice and any data you enter in the projects on this site are saved only in your browser and never sent to me; clearing the site’s data deletes them.

Transfers

Render, Squarespace and Google may process data in the United States, under safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by emailing info@fincktech.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
